At Nomad the Label, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe additions; if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
